• Outfit Photos: We process photos you take or select from your device to analyze clothing items, brands, and estimate prices. These photos are processed in real-time using AI and are not stored on our servers.
• Camera and Photo Access: We request permission to access your camera and photo library only when you choose to analyze an outfit. This access is used solely for selecting and processing images.
• Analysis Results: We temporarily store the results of your outfit analysis (detected items, brands, price estimates) to provide you with your analysis history within the app.

1.2 Account and Personal Information

• Device Identifier: We collect a unique device identifier to manage your account and subscription status across app sessions.
• Usage Analytics: We collect information about how you use the app, including which features you access, frequency of use, and analysis patterns to improve our service.
• Subscription Data: If you purchase a premium subscription, we track your subscription status, purchase history, and billing information through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• App Performance Data: We collect crash reports, error logs, and performance metrics to maintain and improve app functionality.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and device settings relevant to app functionality.
• Network Information: IP address and connection type to ensure proper app functionality and security.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Gemini AI

We use Google's Gemini AI service to analyze your outfit photos. When you upload a photo:

• Your photo is securely transmitted to Google's Gemini AI for processing
• The AI analyzes clothing items, identifies brands, and estimates prices
• Google processes the image according to their privacy policy and security standards
• The processed image is not stored by Google or us after analysis

3.2 Cloud Infrastructure

We use Supabase for secure cloud infrastructure and data processing. Your analysis results may be temporarily stored in their secure databases with appropriate encryption and access controls.

3.3 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We don't directly handle or store payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• End-to-end encryption for data transmission
• Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls

• Photos: Not stored permanently - processed in real-time and deleted immediately
• Analysis Results: Stored temporarily and can be deleted by you at any time
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized data may be retained longer for service improvement

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Google Gemini AI for photo analysis, Supabase for cloud infrastructure, and Apple for payment processing

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States where our servers are located.
